Hands-on relief.

Adjustments are done using a thrust with the hands and by putting the particular area of the body in a position at its end range of motion so that the joints are more easily moved. This force often results in a “pop” sound from the joint and a sense of relief in the area being manipulated.

  • Spinal Manipulations

An “adjustment” or spinal manipulation is used to treat a vertebral joint or segment of vertebral joints which have become stuck in an irritating or compensatory position.
