Massage Therapy
We offer both therapeutic massage (30, 60, and 90 minute) and condition-focused massage (generally 10-25 minutes). Massage is very effective in treating problems that involve areas like the neck, knee, and shoulder as well as many other areas of the body. Our licensed massage therapists are trained to address specific conditions like plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, neck strains, and many other issues- all while being overseen by a doctor. When appropriate, we also file to insurance plans which cover massage.

Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy penetrates deep into your soft tissue using pulses of energy. Some report the sensation as therapeutic and others experience stinging which can be mildly uncomfortable. Shockwave is typically performed once per week for 5-10 weeks.
