    Chiropractic Adjustments

Our doctors use various techniques when treating a patient, but the thing that most patients want to know up front is if we use our hands to do adjustments. The answer is yes. This is called manual manipulation. The “pop” sound is often associated with the type of adjustment that our doctors use.

    Decompression Therapy

Decompression Therapy is well proven through medical trial as well as clinical trial. Clinical studies demonstrate that this treatment has had tremendous results in alleviating pain caused by herniated, bulging, ruptured, or degenerative disc, facet syndrome, or failed surgical conditions.

    Massage Therapy

We offer both therapeutic massage (30, 60, and 90 minute) and condition-focused massage (generally 10-25 minutes). Massage is very effective in treating problems that involve areas like the neck, knee, and shoulder as well as many other areas of the body. Our licensed massage therapists are trained to address specific conditions like plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, neck strains, and many other issues- all while being overseen by a doctor. When appropriate, we also file to insurance plans which cover massage.

    Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

The painless application of laser energy promotes increased circulation by drawing oxygen and nutrients to the affected area. This creates an optimal healing environment reducing inflammation, swelling, muscle spasm, stiffness, and pain. As the injured area returns to normal, pain is relieved, and function is restored. Laser can be effective in treating the symptoms associated with neuropathy, shingles, tendonitis, bursitis, and much more.

    Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy penetrates deep into your soft tissue using pulses of energy. This deep vibration into the soft tissue breaks down the scar tissue and triggers your body's natural healing response once again. How you feel while receiving shockwave therapy may vary. Some report the sensation as therapeutic and others experience stinging which can be mildly uncomfortable. Shockwave is typically performed once per week for 5-10 weeks.
